What happens if the clinic is cancelled or I cannot attend?

Six weeks prior, the clinic will be either confirmed or cancelled, depending on the COVID restrictions of the country and the number of people. After it has been confirmed we will contact you to pay the remaining 80%.

How does the booking process work?

After choosing your clinic, just fill out our registration form and you will be able to prepay the required deposit. And that’s it: you will get your booking confirmation and have your spot secured!

Let us know when you’ve booked your flights so we can add you to the arrival/departure list.

What happens if I cannot attend the clinic due to COVID-19?
