You will stay in the famous kitesurf city of Cumbuco, Taiba and Preá near Jericoacoara, a vibrant Brazilian surfer village with endless, perfect sand dunes and the ultimate beach-life atmosphere, during both the day and the night…
You’ll get to travel to our handpicked spots while experienced pro rider and coach Rita Arnaus will kite and work with you personally, and use her years of experience to help you to improve your technique and add some new tricks to your repertoire, whether that’s your first handle-pass, or adding some all-important meters to your WOO height!

Pro rider Rita Arnaus has been lighting up the freestyle scene! A podium regular, Rita was crowned Freestyle Vice World Freestyle Champion in 2021 as well as Spanish Champion. For our clinic she will be coming straight out of the GKA Freestyle Competition in Cumbuco, to share her passion, style, knowledge and years of experience with you.
You’ll arrive at Fortaleza airport and we’ll transfer you to Cumbuco, a small fishing village and one of the best places to practice kitesurfing in the world, with access to a range of conditions both in the sea or on beautiful flatwater lagoons. Here you’ll meet with Rita Arnaus and all the other participants, and have some time to discuss the week ahead and the goals you’d like to set yourself. Then, come the evening, you have the option of eating in one of the many fantastic restaurants or enjoying other activities in this vibrant village.
Every morning you’ll enjoy a delicious local breakfast before you start your busy day on the water. At the beach you’ll enjoy our hours of on- and off-water coaching – from Rita Arnaus. In the evenings you’ll get to discuss your time on the water, and figure out any technical improvements to work on for the following day. Then, as the sun goes down, you’ll enjoy a buggy ride through the dunes as a unique way to enjoy the sunset.

Natural pools, cliffs, dunes and lagoons are just part of the beautiful and natural landscape of Taíba, unspoilt by tourism, full of coconut trees and with plenty of opportunity to enjoy yourself! Your days will kick off once again with a hearty breakfast, and then it’s back to the warm waters to enjoy another four hours of high-quality coaching from Rita. That evening you can debrief and decide what you will work on next to really achieve those goals by the end of your stay.
Preá is a beautiful fishing village that also doubles up as one of the stops on the GKA Kite World Tour, and a spot where the wind is both the strongest and the most consistent along the entire Brazilian coast. 15km of sandy mean that you’ll get the most choice for your spot of the day in Preá, as you continue your coaching with Rita, and then round off your final night with an end-of-trip party in Jericoacoara!

One of the world’s best lagoons with perfect flatwater conditions. This is as good as it gets for freestyle kiteboarding.
Close to the famous city of Jericoacoara, Preá enjoys stronger sideshore winds that are perfect for Big Air, powered freestyle, or for throwing down some old school moves. You can also blast a downwinder right into Jeri from here!
